Return Policy:

Stock items may be returned but need the prior approval of Holt.  Non stock and special order items may not be returned without the approval of the manufacturer.  Upon approval we will send instructions along with the factory’s terms of acceptance. 

Restocking Fee:
We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge to all returns.
